In our Ground and Rings Classes we primarily work on cardio and muscle building while we explore various movements and learn to have fun with various movement modalities, from gymnastics rings to swing and throw movements, and much more. You will build strength, increase coordination, and improve cardiovascular and joint health all in one workout.
